Pet Hotel Policy

Illini Inn and suites is your premier pet friendly hotel. We welcome dog lovers and their companions with open arms while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for all our guests. Our comprehensive pet policy is designed to ensure that every stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Service Animal Exception This policy applies to our canine guests, while service animals remain exempt under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Fees, Deposits, and Stay Limitations

• Nonrefundable Pet Fee: A per-night nonrefundable fee of $25 per pet up to 2 nights (plus applicable taxes) is charged to cover pet-related accommodations. This fee does not include any room damage.
• Stay Duration: Each room is allowed a maximum of 2 dogs or 2 cats, with stays restricted to 7 consecutive days unless an extension is approved by Illini Inn and Suites management.
• Nonrefundable Extended Dog Deposit: A deposit is required at check-in—$50 for stays of 3–7 nights and $150 for 8 or more nights.

Room Allocation & Housekeeping

• Designated Floors: Pet friendly rooms are on specific floors to accommodate guests with allergies. Please note that on certain floors, rooms may not be available for pets.
• Unattended Pets: If you leave the premises with your pet untended in the room, your dog must be secured in a crate or dog carrier. A valid contact number must be provided with your reservation for emergencies.
• Housekeeping Arrangements: For efficient service, please advise us of the best time for housekeeping when your pet is safely secured. Unrestrained pets will prevent room service.

Additional Amenities & Requirements

• Leash Policy: Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside your room, and they should be properly restrained during room service deliveries.
• Outdoor Areas: Please use designated dog walk areas and ensure you clean up after your pet around the hotel grounds.
• Guest Responsibility: Pet owners are liable for any property damage or injuries incurred by their dog(s) to hotel staff, other guests, or third parties. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds.
